This workshop will focus on gaining mastery over your back bending poses. You will learn how to work intelligently with various back bending poses based on functional anatomy.
You will learn how to warm up, anatomically simplify and understand the basic movements, benefit, alignments and breathing techniques for the below-listed poses.
Basic and Intermediate Level variations of
  • Cobra Pose
  • Pigeon Pose
  • Bow Pose
  • Wheel Pose
  • Camel Pose
You will take away numerous tips on how to practice with less strain and deeper awareness for poses.
This session is informative, explorative, practical and fun.  The teacher will highlight each student’s level in the pose and give you guidance on safely improving your practice.
You will take away simple, effective techniques to make your yoga practice more effective.
