We understand that schedules can be tricky! If you plan to travel or are unable to attend face-to-face classes on certain dates, we can certainly accommodate that. Many students have successfully taken some classes in one batch and completed the remaining classes in a future batch. Our yoga teacher training is structured in modules, so you don’t have to complete all classes at once.
Even if you're traveling and not in Hong Kong, you can still participate in classes via our live interactive online sessions. If you happen to miss upto three classes you can attend the revision class in the same batch which is mostly held on Sunday afternoons to complete and revise the topics you missed.
The teacher can go over the topics and poses that you missed and revise them during these two revision classes. We also offer a flexible module retake option, allowing you to attend theory topics online while completing practical classes face-to-face at the studio. You can choose to take modules in different batches based on your availability. If you let us know the months or dates you'll be away, we can recommend a schedule that enables you to complete some YTT modules before your departure and finish the rest upon your return to Hong Kong. This arrangement can be pre-approved during your admission process, and we can waive the admin fee (module retake fee) for you if you can let us know the dates before the start date of the course.
But if you randomly miss more than 3 classes after the start of the teacher training course, you can retake the missing classes in another batch by paying HKD 500 per module.
- 200 hrs Foundation YTT Course.
- 300 hrs Advanced Hatha YTT Course.

If you cannot attend the classes with the batch you originally enrolled in, you have the flexibility to move to a future batch that starts within six months of your originally enrolled batch. If you wish to move the batch within 7 days of your admission confirmation date, there will be no batchtransfer fee.
However, if you request a transfer after 7 days from the admission day, there is an admin fee of HK $1000 for the batch transfer. Please note that there is a fee difference of HKD 1000 for the 200-hour foundation course, whether you choose the part-time or full-time option. If you wish to move your batch from part-time to full-time, the additional course fee of HKD 1000 has to be paid.

Our Founder Dr. Yogananth Andiappan says, In traditional lineages, we do not view prenatal yoga as a mere "style" or a list of modified poses. It is a profound therapeutic application of the ancient science of yoga, specifically curated for the most transformative journey a human body can undertake.
As a yoga therapist, I often see practitioners treating pregnancy as a "condition" to be worked around. But true Prenatal Yoga is an intentional, trimester-specific sequence that honors the unique anatomy and energetic shifts of the mother.
Much like one seeks a specialized obstetrician rather than a general physician, an expectant mother requires a guide who understands the deep nuances of the changing body.
The Therapeutic Journey Through the Trimesters
A qualified therapist understands that each stage of pregnancy presents distinct physiological challenges that require specific "medicine" from our practice:
1st Trimester: Cultivating Stability & Ease
Early pregnancy is a time of immense hormonal shifts. We focus on managing fatigue and nausea through grounding breathwork (Pranayama) and restorative shapes that calm the nervous system.
2nd Trimester: Finding Space & Strength
As the center of gravity shifts, we focus on spinal alignment and muscle strengthening to support the growing belly. We avoid supine (back-lying) poses to prevent pressure on the vena cava and prioritize "open" twists to protect the core.
3rd Trimester: Preparation for the Gate of Birth
The focus shifts to pelvic floor mobility, hip opening, and labor-specific breathing techniques. We use tools like the yogic squat (Malasana) to encourage optimal baby positioning and prepare the body for the physical demands of delivery.
Postnatal: The Season of Renewal
After birth, our work is about rebuilding. We focus on gently closing the pelvis, strengthening the pelvic floor, and providing a space for new mothers to find emotional equilibrium as they transition into their new role.
Share the Wisdom: Our 100-Hour Prenatal Teacher Training
Join our upcoming 100-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. This is not a workshop on "modifications"—it is a deep dive into the therapy of motherhood.
You will gain the specialized knowledge of anatomy, trimester-specific sequencing, and postnatal recovery needed to lead with the confidence of a true specialist.
Training Highlights:
Deep Anatomy: Musculoskeletal and hormonal shifts in pregnancy.
Hands-on Experience: Practice with "dummy bellies" to understand physical limits.
• Accreditation: Certified by Yoga Alliance (RPYT) and the Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Reseach Centre.
