There has been lots of unexpected events happened during the tenure of the training, from social events to the covid-19 outbreak. There were truly complicated and unforeseen moments happened that added more uncertainty and difficulties to the training and experiences. Yet, in the end, we manage to complete the course by on line classes. It is overall a nice and good start of my professional yoga teacher journey with Anahata. I am very happy and satisfied with the teacher training classes. First the teacher were very diverse and professional. They has their way each of them to propose their own class so it was really interesting for us. The structure of the different module was well done and the practice classes super well done! I learnt much more about the types of warm-up for different parts of our body, e.g. neck, shoulder, chest, hips, knees, spine and etc.. a complete sequence warm-up for the whole body. The knowledge of the importance of warm-up and inspired me to remember to teach the proper warm-up to my students during my yoga teaching classes. "You have to learn to move on, "I still remembered when Master Yogananth told us how he had a ski accident and how he rehabilitated the injury through yoga. And when there was protest in HK, Master Vishnu was teaching, with a smile, and was so devoted to his teaching us. I learnt Yoga is not just practicing asanas, it's combination of body and mind, it's exhale and inhale normally even when life is hard.And that's what I learned from masters.
