The Course was excellent! i enjoyed the class so much especially when it came to playing games! and I love the meditation part also. With that in mind it reminded me about the kids love games and they learn through playing games and playing with others. My thanks to all the Masters that have delivered the classes, I have learned so much about kids yoga and the different methods that we need to use when we teaching kids vs adults to engage and maintain their interest in yoga for the long term benefits that would bring to the kids. The kid yoga training is great! I never think of the theme and game that can make yoga to be fun. Teaching the kids needs to be more flexible, this class teach me a lot. I hope I could have more opportunity to practice the skillset that I learnt from the kid yoga class to enrich my teaching skill.

I am pleased that I have completed this course and look forward to teaching kids soon. The Anahata community provides me with opportunities to practice what I’ve learnt which I value. I am also grateful to learn about Yoga Nidra and Trakata during this course that I have had less experiences. its amazing to teach kids these techniques.

For the teaching practice class itself I found their age group is wide, not easy to tailor made specific theme to their age but it’s also fun and interesting at the same time cause the challenging of catching their in-time reaction. Being present and positive is a key to teach them I guess it is pretty much a key to live a life too. The whole teaching kids yoga experience has loads of fun – kids are the future of tomorrow, I learn a lot from the kids as well such as their directness, competitiveness and protectiveness. I also honour children’s intelligent and learning how to think from their perspectives. Thank you Anahata Teachers.

I really enjoyed attending the kids yoga teacher training course at Anahata. I improved my yoga abilities and got to implement what I’ve learned to the kids yoga class I co-taught. The teachers for the course provided me with wonderful feedback and a newfound love of yoga that I will continue to improve and cherish. I learned all about the different themes for a kids yoga class and how to sequence a kids yoga class. In addition, I learned about the anatomical and psychological benefits of many yoga poses for children and got to see them engage in a yoga class with enthusiasm.

I thought the teacher training experience was positive and I learned a lot. I also enjoyed learning from three yoga masters with different teaching styles. My favorite part of the course was taught by Master Yogananth because he focused on children’s themes, asanas and variations, and how to sequence a class.

This course was very practical and has taught me many different ideas and the overall concept o kids yoga. I especially like that we are allowed to teach an actual class, which is of course the best learning we can get.

I feel blessed choosing Anahata to study my Kids Yoga Teacher Training. Teaching kids is different from teaching adults. It needs skills and experience to become a good kids yoga teacher. Anahata provides plenty opportunity for students to gain experience in teaching. I would recommend my friends to study here as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Kids Yoga Teacher Training. All Masters are extremely knowledgeable and shared with us extremely valuable information and wisdom which builds a strong foundation as we embark on becoming Kids Yoga Teachers as well as for our own practice. The training is completely comprehensive programme from the childs anatomy, asanas and modifications for various age groups, breathing, yoga games, teaching practicals, etc. all whilst maintaining the fun element because it is after all for kids. Masters would always wholeheartedly answer our questions and be open to any clarifications and doubts as well. Another thing I would like to share is that the environment was very encouraging and supportive and the group always helped one another out – I believe this is an important point for the learning and the full credit goes to the Masters and the full Anahata Yoga team who created such atmosphere. Personally speaking, this warm and welcoming environment in the teachers training, as well as Anahata Yoga as a whole, is something I genuinely like and believe is important. Ive completed the training and look forward to growing as a Kids Yoga Teacher!
