A physically demanding job; and I suffered from all sorts of body pain from head to toes.   I used to do Chinese Traditional Dance, Hip Hop and love hiking, but with the irregular working pattern, the pain and a weak body condition I gave up almost all exercises.  Until one day a coworker introduced Yoga to me.  He demonstrated a few postures to me and told me to keep practicing whenever I have time, even for just 10 minutes.  I was amazed by the rejuvenating effect of those simple postures.
