Class bookings can be made two days in advance of the scheduled class. It is important that you book your class in advance since some classes may be more heavily attended than others.
The class sizes are also limited so it does not become too overcrowded. If a class you wish to attend is full, it is possible to be on the wait list and be notified as soon as an opening becomes available. |

| If you need to cancel a class booking, please call the studio to cancel at least two hours in advance to enable others to take your place. Failure to do so can result in the loss of class booking privileges. |

You must check in at the front reception before entering the studio for class even if you have reserved a space in advance.
Please show your membership card or a photo ID at the Front Desk in order to sign in and obtain a studio ticket for the class. Students without a ticket will not be able to attend a class.
On your first visit you will be required to fill out a new student registration form. Please be sure to sign a waiver and indicate any physical injuries or special health conditions. |

Make sure to keep hydrated by drinking water both before and after class.
Tell your instructor about any previous injuries or conditions you might have. This will help the instructor know how to adjust you or show you a modified pose if necessary. |
